"So, most of us have had poor experiences with plumbers. Not this time! Almost a month ago I noticed the anti-siphon valve on the side of the house was leaking. So, after consulting Yelp and calling a few plumbers, I decided to give Ivan with AZ Desert Plumbing a try. At that time he only had one review, 5 stars. He responded quickly with a competitive bid that included a first-time customer discount of 10%. He also came out that very afternoon. Besides replacing the leaking anti-siphon valve, I also had him replace the two exterior hose bibs that leaked when turned on (common in AZ). I requested ball valves (much better) and had them screwed, not soldered on in case they leak at some time in the future (not likely). Ivan said he always installed them like that anyway. Good man. In summary, Ivan's prices were very fair, his work is flawless, and he is just a conscientious and pleasurable person to deal with. He also answers any questions thoroughly and will explain at any time what he is doing if anyone is curious enough to ask (I was). In short, call this guy! Ivan with AZ Desert Plumbing is the best!"
